Greet and welcome all guests and visitors to the showroom, passing and directing all enquiries to the appropriate department or salesperson. Whilst building a rapport with clients and establishing their needs quickly and efficiently to maximise their Retail Experience. Providing support to the sales team where needed.

โ–ช Greet, escort and seat customers and offer refreshments (coffee/water)
โ–ช Provide coffee/refreshments to clients that are seated and
โ–ช Providing administrative support to sales team as required, including assistance on
contracts.
โ–ช Maintain quality standards of dress, attitude, client care, honesty and health and safety in
order to portray a professional image to clients at all times.

Customer Service Agent (Full-Time)

A Customer Service Agent, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and efficiently resolve any problems that our customers might face. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

ยท Providing support and information to customers through various channels

ยท Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

ยท Issue, follow up and close pending customer related issues, in line with the service level KPIโ€™s

ยท Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to resolve customer issues

ยท Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

ยท Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

ยท Any other related duties as advised by Management

Requirements:

ยท Possess a strong customer centric approach, preferably with experience in a similar role

ยท Be proficient in office applications and have experience working on ticketing and customer relations management systems

ยท Possess excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English

ยท Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

ยท Customer orientation and ability to adapt to each customerโ€™s needs

ยท Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Delivery Driver/Courier (Full-Time)

We are seeking to recruit a Full Time โ€˜Courierโ€™ to join our Logistics Team.

Responsibilities include:
โ€ข Loading and unloading goods
โ€ข Picking goods as per order
โ€ข Preparing dispatch notes and labels
โ€ข Moving and stacking goods for delivery either by hand or stacker
โ€ข Accepting, checking stock with invoices/delivery notes.
โ€ข Ensuring store is kept organized and tidy.
โ€ข Ensuring delivery vehicles are in a presentable state and clean.
โ€ข Maintaining warehouse in a tidy state and clearing away packing material
โ€ข Regular stock takes.
โ€ข Baling and recycling of cardboard and packaging.
โ€ข Inputting stock/purchase orders/barcoding.
โ€ข Liaising with logistics/routing department
โ€ข Assisting logistics department where needed.
โ€ข Other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

โ€ข Must be in possession of a valid and clean driving licence
โ€ข A clean Police Conduct Certificate and have a good knowledge of roads in Malta.
โ€ข Applicants are required to be computer literate and have a basic knowledge of standard office software.
